Official Contest Rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility: Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Open only to legal residents of the United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions). Employees of Sponsor and any of Sponsor’s respective affiliates or related companies and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. Only one entry per person or per TWITTER address is allowed. Anyone found to use multiple TWITTER accounts to enter will be ineligible.
How to Enter: Each entrant must show us why you deserve the tickets through original words, a picture or video. Tweet your entry to @Beerjobber using the hashtag #BeerjobberGABF. Your entry represents that you have read these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them. . All entries must be received by no later than 11:59 PM EST, Friday, September 21th, 2012. No entry may use any trademark, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property of any other person. All persons in any video or photo must have provided Entrant with written consent to use their image and/or name for any or all purposes before the entry is submitted. The clock of Sponsor is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Sponsor cannot verify receipt of entries.
Criteria: All entries will be judged by employees of Beerjobber based on the following criteria: originality (30%), creativity (30%), and marketability (40%). The winning entry will be chosen on or about Monday, September 24st, 2012 at 3.00 p.m. EST. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize: The winning entry will be awarded two one-session tickets to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver Colorado, to be held in the Denver Convention Center, on October 11, 13, 2012. Winner will get to choose which session they would like to attend. The winner will be contacted by Sponsor via Twitter. The Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $125. The Prize is not all inclusive. Specifically, the Prize does not include any transportation, accommodations or any other out of pocket expenses. Prize winner is entirely responsible for these and any other costs arising from or associated with using the Prize.
Prize Conditions: In no event will Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than one Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or comparable value as determined by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash award will be allowed. No replacement for lost or stolen Prize. The Prize is “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all limitations, guarantees and warrantees for tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Festival, and Prize winner agrees to look solely to the Festival for any such warranty or guarantee claim and redemption Prize Winner is liable for all local, state and federal taxes arising from receipt or use of Prize.
General Rules: Beerjobber reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this contest or disqualify any participant at any time if they determine at their sole discretion that for any reason the contest cannot be run as originally planned. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the TWITTER address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a selected winner, the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the account used to submit the entry will be declared the winner.
Limitations of Liability: Entrants, by participating in the Contest, release and agree to hold Sponsor harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death and bodily injury, and property, relating to or arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, including participating in this Contest or in any Contest-related activity, whether sponsored, held by, or paid for by a third party or by Sponsor. Each entrant agrees to indemnify Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Contest and to hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. Additionally, Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, damaged, delayed or undelivered entries; or for any virus contracted by an entrant’s computer through participation in the Contest, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by computer or Internet malfunction or interference, tampering, manipulation, weather or natural disaster, acts of war, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation; or for failed computer, satellite, telephone, wireless or cable transmissions, lines or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access. Sponsor is not responsible for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the notification of winner, or in any Contest-related materials. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or inaccessible or unavailable network, server, wireless service, Internet Service Provider, website, or other connections or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person or entity. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods or third-party software or website or any other devices which subvert the entry process will void all entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, virus, bug, worms, unauthorized human intervention or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and post notice where and how Sponsor sees appropriate.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY FEES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS CONTEST. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF SUCH.
Disputes, Governing Law and Venue: The Contest is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Privacy Policy: Any personally identifiable information collected during this Contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as stated at http://www.beerjobber.com/Home/Privacy <http://www.beerjobber.com/Home/Privacy> and otherwise as allowed by law and these Official Rules. Once confirmed as a Prize winner, Sponsor may use, display, distribute or publish such Prize winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state), biographical information, and any material based on or derived from, or to refrain from so doing, in any manner in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, anywhere in the world in perpetuity in connection with this Contest, or as Sponsor otherwise determines in its sole discretion, and for purposes of advertising or promoting or publicizing Sponsor, its products and/or services, without compensation (where not prohibited by law). Acceptance of Prize constitutes a waiver of any claims to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for any such use as allowed by applicable law.
