Evil Twin was originally created for “pro night” at the Home Brewer’s Conference in San Diego a year ago. This blood-red ale is unexpected from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, but is not overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, but not overly bitter. It is a great example of a bold, rich, balanced craft beer that is easy to drink.
Evil Cousin is Heretic’s take on a West coast imperial IPA. It’s a bold, in-your-face hop monster. The light, easy drinking malt character allows the hops to stand out. The hop character in this beer is intentionally on the dank side; big, sticky, and aggressive. This beer is for those who can’t get enough hops.
Shallow Grave Porter is Heretic’s newest release; dark as night, perfect for a cool evening out in the woods. This a big, dark ale with a complex, rich, chocolate and caramel malt character, followed by a touch of warmth and light malt sweetness. Sinfully good, you will want more.
